At MBAESTHETICS, we understand that life can sometimes get in the way of your appointments. 🕰️ To ensure the smooth operation of our studio, we have implemented a policy:
🫧A non-refundable 50% deposit is required when booking an appointment.
🫧If you need to cancel, kindly notify us 48 hours in advance through this website or our number to reschedule.
🫧Failure to cancel within 48 hours will require another deposit for rebooking.
🫧When an appt is canceled, deposits are held for 30 days- After that, another deposit is required when scheduling. Deposits can not be used towards retail.
🫧Late arrivals after 15 minutes will need to be rescheduled & the deposit on file is forfeited.
Communication Policy
- You're welcome to text me for quick questions during business hours.
- I will respond within 24-48 hours.
- For anything detailed, we will go over it at your next appointment so I can assess your skin in person

-PRODUCT EXCHANGES ARE ALLOWED IF UNOPENED & RETURNED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF PURCHASE
